Return Policy

60-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

All electronics (excluding as-is items) sold and shipped by Gadget Salvation are eligible for free returns within 60 days of the original purchase date. 

FINAL SALE (as-is) gadgets cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Shipping Label

Gadget Salvation offers complimentary returns on eligible products weighing up to 30 lbs. You may request a prepaid shipping label during the return creation process within the applicable return policy period.

Gadget Salvation reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipping from the refund amount if return policy conditions are not met.

 

Product Condition	Return Policy
Brand New Items	Refund or Replacement within 60 days of the delivery date. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Pre-owned Items	Refund only within 60 days of the purchase date. No restocking fee if the item is not as described; there is a 15% restocking fee otherwise.
For parts or not working (as-is)	No returns accepted.

 

Return Processing

Please allow 2-4 business days for returns to be processed after being received. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email regarding your return.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your account. If the original payment method is no longer available, Gadget Salvation will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account.

Return Guidelines

To return a product to Gadget Salvation, you must obtain an RMA number within the applicable return period for the product. Your RMA number must be listed on your return package to identify your return. Once you’re ready, gather your products and prepare your package to ship back. Once your products are packaged securely to protect against damage and are ready to ship, attach your return shipping label to the outside of the shipping box. Return labels are valid for 14 days, within which time returned products must be received by Gadget Salvation.

Products that are received by Gadget Salvation in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

• Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, missing UPC Code, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other products originally included with the product.
• Any product that appears tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
• Not the same product originally purchased from the website. 

 

Additional Terms

Cross-Shipping

We do not cross-ship. Returns must be received, inspected, and approved before we ship a replacement.

Refusing Delivery

Refused shipments are treated like regular returns and may be charged a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.

Defective Products

A defective product that is returned may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Gadget Salvation's sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

Disclaimer

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights and remedies under any law.

General Provisions:

a. Entire Agreement/No Waiver. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. The captions are used only as a matter of convenience and are not to be considered a part of this agreement or be used in determining the intent of the parties to it. No waiver by GS of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

b. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. GS, therefore, reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. GS does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions will be corrected.

c. Modification. GS reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of The Service and following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified. The last date these Terms of Service were revised is set forth below. Terms and conditions modifying the Agreement are effective immediately upon posting.

d. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ILLINOIS LAW, AND NO CONFLICT OF LAWS OR PROVISIONS OF ANY JURISDICTION WILL APPLY TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY CHECKING THE BOX "I ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE" ON THE SUBMISSION FORM, YOU AGREE THAT ANY ACTION AT LAW OR INEQUITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE FILED ONLY IN STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN RENO, NEVADA, AND/OR CHICAGO, ILLINOIS AND YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY CONSENT AND SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS OVER ANY SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
